Patricia Leyman
Sales and Principal

Pat Leyman’s deep experience in the fast-paced telecommunications field offers customers an exceptional opportunity to partner with one of the industry’s leading experts. Pat started her telecom career in 1990 as a sales representative for Sprint. She rapidly moved into a sales management role with the British telecommunications company Cable & Wireless before establishing Lancaster Communications Group in early 1998. Pat holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).

Robert Leyman
Sales and Principal

Bob Leyman is a widely recognized telecommunications professional who began working in sales and sales management capacities for Sprint in 1990. In 1996, Bob took on various sales management and channel director positions at the former startup company Digital Island. Having joined Lancaster Communications Group in a full-time capacity in 2002, Bob thrives on helping customers solve complex telecom and business challenges. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a Minor in Economics from Merrimack College.

Aliya Della Gatta
Account Manager

Aliya Della Gatta joined Lancaster Communications Group in 2008 after working for 15 years as a Verizon customer service representative and Granite State Telephone Network Ops Center programmer, troubleshooter and dispatcher. At Lancaster, she is responsible for order implementation and initial bill audits, as well as supporting customers with changes to their service, trouble tickets, and renewals. She is deeply committed to ensuring our customers are continually satisfied with the quality and level of service and support. Aliya earned an A.S. in Business Administration from Bay State College.
